Pearpoint’s P340 flexiprobe Pushrod Sewer Camera Systems may be used in a wide range of domestic and industrial pipe inspection applications.

The core of the P340 flexiprobe system is made up of the rugged and weather proofed P340 and P340+ flexiprobe controllers, with the P340+ controller coming with a built in Lithium Ion battery.

Both of the controllers record very high quality digital video and images with the push of a button, and they vividly display all images on their ultra bright 8” TFT screen.

The advanced digital abilities of the unit means that each user can zoom, pan, and rotate an images during recording in order to focus in on the problem area. The P340(+) flexiprobe system may be adapted to a number of different inspection requirements including the following:

You have a choice of 1” (25mm) or 2” (50mm), ultra-durable cameras. The 2" (50mm) camera is self-levelling, which always keeps the video picture upright when navigating down a pipe.

There is a range of 5 different reels that are available from the extra-flexible 100’ (30m) P341 Plumbers reel to the 500’ (150m) P343 reel that is designed to push over long distances.

The Compact reel design ensures that the system is fully transportable, and better protected during transit.

There are also a wide range of compatible sondes, skids, brushes and accessories that can be added to the package, which allows inspection of pipes up to 9” (230mm) in diameter.

Built-in Battery

The rugged P340+ controller has an integrated lithium ion battery that totally removes the inconvenience and set-up time of having to use an external power source.

You can always tell how much power mains, even when the controller is switched off, via a push buttom fuel gauge.Flexible USB and Compact Flash data storageThe P340 and P340+ controllers both support the very popular USB flash drives. Users can simply plug a memory stick into the controller in order to record and store or copy inspection videos, photos and other observations.

The system is further compatible with memory cards, and can be connected directly to a personal computer in order to transfer information without having to use a card reader.

Plumbers system

Pearpoint manufactures a flexible Plumbers system that is designed to maneuver its way through waste water systems, and negotiate most traps (from 2"/50mm) and bends (from 1 1/4"/32mm) that typicallty are present in commercial and residential properties.

The flexible built in sonde facilitates pinpointing of the camera position. As a result, this new 100’ (30m) reel becomes a preferred tool for completing small diameter plumbing inspections.

Outstanding picture quality

Pearpoint's P340 flexiprobe system offers a choice of new ultra tough and high resolution cameras constructed from 303 stainless steel, and capable of handling 11bar of pressure – the equivalent of performing work 330’ (100m) under water.

1” (25mm) and 2” (50mm) model units combine focusable lenses with markedly improved video resolution and the most recent generation of ultra bright white LEDs in order to deliver a near perfect and ultra clear picture in the majority of pipe conditions.

The P340 system controllers are automatic at organizing each job by client, site and survey which makes reporting as well as reviewing videos, photos and observations very straight forward.

The reporting system is pre-installed and very comprehensive and can be used to readily fill out report observations right on site.

The system can also produce SEWER.DAT report files without plugging into a PC.

Managing data and producing reports

The Flexisight™ Manager software has become the perfect personal computer companion for the P340 model range, allowing each operator to be able to import, store and manage all of their digital inspection data.

Comprehensive reports can be created that feature each operator’s own branding, pipe graphics, descriptions, and color coded defect grading.
